Excel Job opportunities

The candidates shall have following skills :-

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
  • Good Knowledge of MS Power Point
  • Competent in internet operation.
  • Competent in reading and writing English.
  • Operational knowledge of Tally/Busy will be a plus point.
  • Educational qualification :- Preferably BCOM/BBA. BA/BSc candidates may also apply if the have skills as specified above.

Working responsibilities are as follows :-

  • Preparing invoices, quotations, reports, etc.
  • Coordinating with customers for seeking feedback of Engineers performance, report submission, invoice submission, feedback on quotation submitted, etc.
  • Maintaining proper record and ensuring documents are kept in respective files to maintain traceability of documents.
  • Coordinating with Engineers for assigning duties and keeping record of their visits
  • Checking TA/DA bills of Engineers after they return from their respective sites after completion of job.
  • Checking bills received from vendors and entering in systems.

We will pay Rs. 8,000.00 PM for up to 3 months (training period). After 3 months, salary will be increased to Rs. 9,200.00 PM. After 1 year, if the performance is good then we may raise the salary up to Rs. 11,500.00 PM. After that up to 10% salary hike per year based on performance.

We have to hire the candidates so that they join us from 01/01/2017 onwards.
